All of our coffees are decaffeinated in Colombia using the sugarcane method—a clean, natural process that starts with fermented sugarcane and ends with a cup full of flavor. The key ingredient is ethyl acetate (EA), a compound you’ll find in apples, pears, and even bread. While the name might sound scientific, it’s completely natural and non-toxic. It gently removes caffeine while preserving the character and complexity of the beans—so you get all the taste, none of the compromise.
